Responsibilities
End-to-end responsibility for e-commerce and online sales.
You own our digital sales holistically across Shopify and our marketplaces.
You actively drive the international growth of our e-commerce business.
You are responsible for our marketplaces both strategically and operationally.
You analyze user behavior, funnels, and sales across all channels and identify optimization opportunities along the customer journey.
You produce solid analyses, derive clear recommendations for action, and prioritize measures by business impact.
You manage our performance marketing agencies and are responsible for a mid-seven-figure marketing budget.
You coordinate smooth go-lives for new products, features, and campaigns.
You ensure clear processes, reliable timelines, and the highest quality standards.
Requirements
Several years of experience in e-commerce (ideally D2C) and a deep understanding of how high-performance shops and marketplaces operate, both strategically and operationally.
Strong technical knowledge of Shopify or comparable systems, checkout logic, and product/collection structures; you can implement small adjustments (HTML/CSS) yourself or confidently manage them.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to derive clear priorities and actions from data.
Structured, self-directed working style even when handling parallel launches, tests, and deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills in dealing with internal teams and external partners.
High standards for quality and brand in terms of UX, content, imagery, and performance.
Tool affinity and willingness to learn, with confident use of Excel/Google Sheets and tracking setups.
Very good German and English, spoken and written.
