Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire training program – from contract preparation and onboarding support to scalable concept development
Support apprentices/trainees and assist trainers, including establishing clear structures and quality standards
Work closely with restaurants and specialist departments to ensure transparency, quality and smooth operations
Design and deliver trainer qualification programs, onboarding programs and short learning modules (Learning Nuggets) for the restaurants
Conduct trainings, webinars and workshops – e.g., on leadership or soft skills
Build talent-development principles within vocational training to systematically promote future leaders
Regular analysis, reporting and continuous improvement of the training program
Requirements
Coaching or trainer qualification, or a comparable qualification (e.g., a degree in business psychology)
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
Experience in vocational training (e.g., as a trainer, training manager or in a comparable development role)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to design scalable programs

Commitment to continuously develop programs and improve them measurably
Very good written and spoken English is an advantage
