- Regular analysis, reporting and continuous improvement of the training program
Requirements
- Coaching or trainer qualification, or a comparable qualification (e.g., a degree in business psychology)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in vocational training (e.g., as a trainer, training manager or in a comparable development role)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to design scalable programs
- Enjoy working with people
- Commitment to continuously develop programs and improve them measurably
- Very good written and spoken English is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
