Responsibilities
End-to-end responsibility for multiple business applications across their entire lifecycle
Management of external partners, including SLA and KPI management
Coordination and management of incidents, changes and releases
Ensuring a stable, secure and cost-effective application operation
Acting as the central interface between business units and IT, ensuring availability, quality and the continuous development of the applications
Requirements
A completed degree in business administration (BWL) or equivalent commercial vocational training
Several years of experience in application management or a comparable IT service environment
Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and experience managing external service providers
Good technical understanding of applications and IT operations processes
Very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
