About the role

  • Application Manager overseeing the lifecycle of business applications at LOXXESS AG. Responsible for coordination, stability, and quality of application management.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for multiple business applications across their entire lifecycle
  • Management of external partners, including SLA and KPI management
  • Coordination and management of incidents, changes and releases
  • Ensuring a stable, secure and cost-effective application operation
  • Acting as the central interface between business units and IT, ensuring availability, quality and the continuous development of the applications

Requirements

  • A completed degree in business administration (BWL) or equivalent commercial vocational training
  • Several years of experience in application management or a comparable IT service environment
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and experience managing external service providers
  • Good technical understanding of applications and IT operations processes
  • Very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
