Responsibilities
Disciplinary and technical leadership and development of the entire operations team
Overall responsibility for smooth operational processes
Ensure fulfillment of all contractually agreed customer requirements (e.g. SLA, quality and performance KPIs)
Responsibility for workforce planning, including capacity management and cost control
Control and monitoring of personnel costs (personnel expense cost item in cost accounting (BAB) in relation to contribution margin 1/DB1)
Ensure compliance with all legal and internal requirements regarding occupational safety and fire protection
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree, preferably with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Practical experience with dashboards and BI tools for analyzing and managing operational KPIs
At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable role
Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (at least B1)
