About the role
- Operational leader responsible for logistical service fulfillment at LOXXESS AG, ensuring productivity and quality standards. Leading an operational team and overseeing all operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Disciplinary and technical leadership and development of the entire operations team
- Overall responsibility for smooth operational processes
- Ensure fulfillment of all contractually agreed customer requirements (e.g. SLA, quality and performance KPIs)
- Responsibility for workforce planning, including capacity management and cost control
- Control and monitoring of personnel costs (personnel expense cost item in cost accounting (BAB) in relation to contribution margin 1/DB1)
- Ensure compliance with all legal and internal requirements regarding occupational safety and fire protection
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree, preferably with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Practical experience with dashboards and BI tools for analyzing and managing operational KPIs
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable role
- Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (at least B1)
