Responsibilities

  • Configuring and troubleshooting Analog Voice Gateways
  • Disaster Recovery of all Cisco Voice/Video/Collaboration solutions
  • Upgrading and patching Cisco Unified Communications Technologies
  • Monitoring TMS Conference Control center and troubleshooting video conferences
  • Ensuring network infrastructure is configured correctly for voice and video communications
  • Creating and presenting reports on progress and challenges

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Unified Communication Consultant
  • In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with Cisco technologies
  • Experience migrating, deploying, and maintaining key M365 technologies
  • Knowledge of industry best practice LAN design and deployment methodology
  • Ability to deliver concise, accurate technical documentation and diagrams
  • Exposure to network automation techniques and technologies
