Responsibilities
Team leadership: Professional and personnel leadership of a committed care team.
Support and guidance: Provide support to residents and caregivers in challenging situations.
Assume responsibility: Duty scheduling, documentation, budgeting, hygiene and safety standards, new admissions, reporting.
Networking and collaboration with relevant stakeholders and environments.
On-site presence: Regular appointments at the location in 1140 Vienna (team meetings, needs-based visits).
Develop the location: Further develop existing concepts together with the team and the department management.
Requirements
Professional competence: Completed qualification recognized by WKJH and several years of experience supporting children and adolescents. Leadership experience is an advantage.
Communication & process design: Enjoy clear, appreciative communication and the ability to actively shape participatory processes.
Leadership & attitude: Empathy, motivation, crisis competence, and a solution-oriented approach to tensions and complexity.
Organization: Reliability, a structured working style and a clear view for both administrative and professional tasks.
Cooperation & networking: Close coordination with the manager of another children and youth group home at LOK as well as with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
