- Support the process of goal setting by collecting relevant data and information to perform analyses and performance projections;
- Perform operational routines such as data extraction, populating databases, and updating reports and dashboards used to track results;
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure information and data are up to date and available to stakeholders;
- Provide support in structuring projects by helping organize information, timelines, and supporting materials;
- Monitor and document processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's routines;
- Assist with financial processes through the creation of POs and payment requests to help alleviate operational bottlenecks for the Digital Channels team.
