Responsibilities
- Bearbeitung und Durchführung der Lohnabrechnungen für Mandanten sowie Überwachung aller Payroll-Prozesse
- Eigenständige Koordination und Übermittlung von Meldungen an Sozialversicherungsträger und Finanzbehörden
- Ansprechpartner:in für Mandanten bei Fragen zur Lohnabrechnung, sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich
- Zusammenarbeit im Team und gegenseitige Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft
- Überwachung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Neuerungen im Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
- IT-Affinität und Offenheit, neue Programme und Prozesse zu erlernen
- Kundenorientierte, flexible und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
