About the role
- Launch & Innovationmanager responsible for product lifecycle from idea to market launch in natural cosmetics. Collaborating across teams to develop sustainable, innovative products while managing launches and relaunches.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for a product category throughout the entire lifecycle — from concept and market launch to further development and delisting
- Planning and management of product launches and relaunches, including scheduling, budget, quality, sustainability and risk management
- Development of new product strategies and concepts based on market and competitor analyses as well as consumer needs
- Close collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, Sourcing and other stakeholders to implement innovative, sustainable products
- Management of the entire product development process and coordination of external service providers and agencies
- Continuous analysis of sales figures and KPIs to optimize product performance
Requirements
- You have a degree or commercial training with several years of experience in product management/marketing, ideally in FMCG or (natural) cosmetics
- Strong market and trend knowledge and a good sense for customer needs
- Analytical skills and experience interpreting market data and KPIs
- Knowledge of packaging and technical understanding
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills combined with an independent, structured working style
- Enthusiasm for natural cosmetics, sustainability and innovation
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
