Responsibilities
Responsibility for a product category throughout the entire lifecycle — from concept and market launch to further development and delisting
Planning and management of product launches and relaunches, including scheduling, budget, quality, sustainability and risk management
Development of new product strategies and concepts based on market and competitor analyses as well as consumer needs
Close collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, Sourcing and other stakeholders to implement innovative, sustainable products
Management of the entire product development process and coordination of external service providers and agencies
Continuous analysis of sales figures and KPIs to optimize product performance
Requirements
You have a degree or commercial training with several years of experience in product management/marketing, ideally in FMCG or (natural) cosmetics
Strong market and trend knowledge and a good sense for customer needs
Analytical skills and experience interpreting market data and KPIs
Knowledge of packaging and technical understanding
Excellent communication and teamwork skills combined with an independent, structured working style
Enthusiasm for natural cosmetics, sustainability and innovation
Confident use of common MS Office applications
