About the role
- Launch & Innovation Manager overseeing product lifecycle from concept to launch for natural cosmetics. Focused on innovative products with sustainability at the core in a German company.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für eine Produktkategorie über den gesamten Lebenszyklus – von der Idee über die Markteinführung bis zur Weiterentwicklung und Auslistung
- Planung und Steuerung von Produkt-Launches und Relaunches inklusive Zeitplan, Budget, Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit und Risikomanagement
- Entwicklung neuer Produktstrategien und -konzepte basierend auf Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Konsumentenbedürfnissen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit F&E, Supply Chain, Sourcing und weiteren Schnittstellen zur Umsetzung innovativer, nachhaltiger Produkte
- Steuerung des gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozesses sowie Koordination externer Dienstleister und Agenturen
- Kontinuierliche Analyse von Verkaufszahlen und KPIs zur Optimierung der Produktperformance
Requirements
- Du verfügst über ein Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Produktmanagement/Marketing, idealerweise FMCG oder (Natur-)Kosmetik
- Fundierte Markt- und Trendkenntnisse sowie Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Interpretation von Marktdaten und KPIs
- Kenntnisse im Packaging und technisches Verständnis
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit kombiniert mit selbstständiger, strukturierter Arbeitsweise
- Begeisterung für Naturkosmetik, Nachhaltigkeit und Innovationskraft
- Sicherer Umgang in den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
