Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities of Digital Channels Technology department
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings
Direct department staff workload
Lead projects to develop and maintain customer-facing and internal websites & applications
Maintain high customer satisfaction rating for Digital Channels applications
Assist in managing Digital Channels Technology workload with cross-departmental teams
Conduct daily stand-up meetings and report progress
Analyze and revise existing procedures for operational efficiency
Design, write, implement, troubleshoot, and debug software code
Participate in user-experience design and testing of digital banking enhancements
Manage adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies
Implement updates and enhancements for internal and external systems
Develop annual objectives and budgets for the department
Requirements
5 years of experience in enterprise software development
2 years as a team lead
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Related fields
Recent experience with object-oriented design and programming
Secure coding practices
.NET Framework/Core
Microservices
Web technologies (ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, Javascript)
Development with SQL Server databases, views, triggers, and stored procedures
Technical requirements specification to development teams
Technical instruction interpretation and problem-solving
Understanding of containerization and Kubernetes
Knowledge of software development life cycle
