About the role

  • Analista de Administração de Pessoal JR managing the benefits package for Log-In Logística. Responsible for health plans and employees' inquiries regarding benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase and manage commuter transport vouchers (vale-transporte) and fuel allowances according to requests and internal policies;
  • Support the purchase and administration of food and meal benefits (vale-alimentação, vale-refeição) and basic food baskets (cesta básica);
  • Manage the operational administration of health and dental plans, performing enrollments, removals and verifications;
  • Administer the fitness benefit, supporting monthly enrollments, removals and reconciliations;
  • Support the administration of life insurance, processing enrollments, removals and information verification;
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits in accordance with current guidelines and policies;
  • Enter and reconcile benefit payments in the SAP system under the guidance of the department;
  • Support annual benefits negotiations by preparing and organizing data and controls;
  • Participate in the onboarding process, ensuring correct benefit enrollment for new hires;
  • Support the preparation and updating of KPIs and monthly controls for the Benefits area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, Human Resources or related fields
