Responsibilities
- Translate the Forecast into detailed plans by city and region;
- Monitor operational capacity and ensure the team is aligned with demand;
- Analyze driver requirements and minimum volume thresholds for each region;
- Identify and alert on sudden demand changes, supporting the commercial team with strategy;
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce weekly performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field;
- Practical experience in planning, forecasting, and KPI analysis;
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel;
- Experience with Looker Studio is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
- High productivity and a strong sense of urgency;
- Good communication, persuasion skills, and ability to build cross-functional relationships;
- Resilience to work in a fast-changing environment.
