Responsibilities
The professional will be responsible for managing metrics based on Predictable Revenue and ensuring team productivity;
Organize and optimize sales processes, ensuring that all stages are monitored and analyzed with continuous improvement in mind;
Implement a strategy that ensures the relationship between projected, actual and capacity is balanced and well managed, guaranteeing sustainable growth;
Work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders;
Hold commercial/sales meetings with the team to ensure deliverables and results;
Act as a facilitating agent, inspiring and leading the team in line with Logcomex's values;
Conduct diagnostics to track individual and collective team performance;
Implement success standards and standardize the sales funnel, bringing methodology and clear criteria to the team;
Ensure that all employees are aligned on evaluation criteria and follow the same standards, ensuring commercial efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Postgraduate degree or MBA;
Based in Curitiba or the metropolitan area;
Strong communication skills and a hands-on profile;
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the technology market, preferably SaaS;
Knowledge of B2B sales strategies;
Results- and people-oriented;
English and knowledge of international trade (Comex) are a plus;
Knowledge in people management, training, development and performance evaluation of professionals;
