- Prepare progress reports for management
- Interface with technical personnel to solve technical problems

Requirements
- BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Services or equivalent
- ITIL 4 Certification required
- PMI- PMP certification (strongly desired)
- 10 years of ITSM related experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Service Now (SNOW) platform management
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Zero Trust IT Service Management and operations
- Subject Matter Expert in requirements development for Army acquisition systems
- Experience with writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Task Orders (TO)
- Well versed within process and strategy improvement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to travel up to 10 percent
