About the role

  • Joining L'Occitane as a planning analyst to control production and ensure efficiency. Collaborating with various departments to meet production demands in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and control production according to demand, orders and inventory.
  • Create, sequence, monitor and close production orders in the ERP.
  • Monitor production execution, identify delays and bottlenecks, and reschedule when necessary.
  • Align the production plan with Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality, Sales and Purchasing.
  • Participate in alignment meetings (daily and weekly) presenting the plan status.
  • Track indicators (plan adherence, efficiency, capacity, OEE) and propose improvements to the production planning and control (PPC) process.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of production planning and control (PPC), MRP/MPS and production sequencing.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred; TOTVS, Protheus, Datasul or similar).
  • Understanding of factory layout, manufacturing processes and production routings.
