Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling routine tasks and structured processes
- Basic knowledge of record-keeping and tracking systems, and tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in service or monitoring within the automotive sector
- Experience in corporate environments focused on processes and KPIs
