- Design pilots and monitor their execution, collecting feedback and adjusting course quickly;
- Serve as a bridge between strategic and operational areas, influencing decisions and driving sustainable change;
- Create PowerPoint materials with clear, focused storytelling tailored to the target audience;
- Interact with sales and frontline teams, translating strategies into practical, understandable actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Previous experience in data analysis and strategic projects
- Advanced Excel (proficient with formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
