About the role
- Data Analyst and Automation Junior at Localiza&Co collecting and analyzing business data for innovative mobility solutions. Responsible for developing automations and dashboards to aid decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data related to existing business processes, including performance data, metrics, databases and process flowcharts.
- Monitor and maintain the team's indicators, analyzing historical data to identify potential process deviations and additional improvement opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and present the area's indicators in strategic forums.
- Develop automations using tools such as Power Automate, Python, C#.NET, SAP Script, VBA macros, Pipefy, Power Apps and other technology platforms.
- Propose improvements and optimizations to operational and analytical processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction and minimization of manual errors, as well as increasing accuracy in operations.
- Create and maintain data analysis automations for the area.
- Develop dashboards and panels to support leadership decision-making.
- Perform testing, documentation and validation of developed solutions, ensuring compliance with security, quality and automation governance standards.
- Interact with partner areas to gather requirements and understand processes.
- Contribute ideas and innovative solutions, applying concepts of Generative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning when applicable, and collaborate with the team on implementing proposed solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree - preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Technology.
- Experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, maintenance and monitoring of indicators, and development and improvement of automations.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Python, C#.NET, SAP Script, VBA macros, Pipefy, Power Apps and related technologies.
