Digital Analytics Analyst at Localiza&Co developing and optimizing digital tracking. Collaborating with tech teams and using analytics tools to improve marketing insights.
Responsibilities
Develop, review and mature tracking across digital platforms in collaboration with development and technology teams;
Promote best practices for using analytics tools such as GA4, Appsflyer, BigQuery and Funnel;
Develop processes for sending and ingesting data with media platforms, CRM tools and other partners;
Support data processing and structuring to generate marketing intelligence, including attribution of the results from the department's efforts;
Diagnose and fix issues with marketing integrations;
Collaborate with media & performance, CRO, SEO and CRM teams to drive results and improve efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering or related fields;
Strong communication, teamwork, organization and process documentation skills;
Previous experience in Marketing or technology areas;
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics;
Experience with data integrations, especially with paid media platforms and CRM tools.
Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience working directly with Web Analytics teams, Data Engineering or data analysis focused on Marketing;
Knowledge of concepts related to Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.);
Knowledge of Front-end programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or Data Engineering (SQL, Python);
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking user actions across digital channels;
Knowledge of MMP platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust) and Firebase;
Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts (Last Click, Multi-touch, Data-Driven Attribution) and incrementality;
Experience developing in cloud environments (GCP or AWS).
