About the role

  • Sales Manager for Systems engaging existing customers and new leads at Light & Wonder. Leading sales efforts across European markets and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Grow Install Base
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve long-term objectives.
  • Identify, manage, and close opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Ensure clients are aware of new products, features, and upgrades.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective networking, market research, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' business challenges and objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions to key decision-makers, highlighting the unique features and value offered by LnW.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to each client.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation and customer success teams.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure terms align with both client and company objectives.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to clients including but not limited to C-Suite, Marketing, IT and Gaming.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years technical sales experience in software and/or systems with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Understanding of casino operations and gaming technology is a significant benefit
  • Fluent in French and English – applicants will be rejected if they do not fulfil this requirement
  • Strategic approach and ability to see the big picture
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate problems into action plans
  • Strong relationship builder with evidence of customer focused style
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, managers, etc.
  • Skilled in demonstrating value in LnW’s systems product portfolio
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
