About the role

  • Consultor de Negócios at LM Soluções de Mobilidade managing strategic service purchases and supplier relations. Focus on performance in purchasing and operational logistics using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient and strategic procurement of services critical to LM Mobilidade’s operations — including insurance, vehicle tracking, logistics, transportation, yard rental, documentation/vehicle registration services (despachante), 24-hour roadside assistance and vehicle licensing/registration, subleasing — ensuring competitiveness, operational quality and governance.
  • Act as a driving force in building a performance-oriented service procurement area, promoting digitization, process standardization and strengthening partnerships with strategic suppliers.
  • Daily client visits, contract negotiations, recording visits in the system, and tracking proposals.
  • Service coverage in the São Paulo region.
  • Prospect new high-potential, profitable business opportunities through market analysis and ongoing client engagement — conducting visits, presenting quotes and proposals, and participating in tenders.
  • Continuously create and innovate business opportunities in the national market across public and private sectors.
  • Prospect/map the outsourced fleet services market with a focus on clients, competitors and suppliers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the public and private fleet outsourcing sectors.
  • Prepare budgets, commercial proposals and contracts.
  • Develop market analyses and strategies.
  • Develop marketing actions applied to the business.
  • Monitor administrative, financial, legal, tax and technical processes.
  • Possess the knowledge to resolve most area-related issues concerning fleet outsourcing.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree)
  • Geographic knowledge of the area of operation and experience with Salesforce (ERP/CRM)
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience/knowledge in the commercial/sales area within the automotive segment
