Responsibilities
Lead and optimise the end‑to‑end digital journey for Retail Finance (Black Horse) and Leasing (Lex Autolease and Tusker) products.
Manage day‑to‑day relationships with the OEM partner, platform teams, and internal stakeholders.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and digital performance.
Monitor performance of digital products and journeys, identifying opportunities to drive engagement, conversion, and sales.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including fair customer outcomes.
Act as the Digital advocate for the brand—building strong relationships with partners and dealer networks.
Support integration of our services into OEM and dealer digital ecosystems.
Champion the use of emerging technologies (e.g., digital finance platforms, AI, DMS integrations).
Requirements
Experience in a digital role and a strong understanding of digital customer journeys.
Ability to translate digital and technical requirements into clear business solutions.
Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical capabilities.
Experience in motor finance, automotive, fintech, or other relevant digital product environments.
Proven ability to influence partners and drive change.
Able to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners and suppliers.
