About the role

  • Case Manager responsible for partner onboarding and communication in both Spanish and English. Engaging in stakeholder management and monitoring onboarding progress.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all open onboarding cases
  • Follow up with operational teams and channel sales
  • Check historical data of companies for missing applications
  • Inform distributors on onboarding processes
  • Submit open onboarding cases for approval to channel sales
  • Provide status reports and updates on onboarding Program
  • Guide resellers during onboarding processes
  • Monitor reseller activity and deal analysis

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of total work experience
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication and presentation skills
  • Great stakeholder & partner engagement and management capabilities
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • A good sense of urgency and courage to take informed risks
  • Attention to details
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint (Salesforce is a plus)
