Responsibilities
Drive standardization and enhancement of business processes
Champion best practices and establish performance metrics
Employ Lean Manufacturing principles to improve workflows and quality
Support plant teams in their three-year productivity improvement plans
Lead, mentor, and facilitate process standardization efforts
Communicate and support the company's strategic vision
Develop operational standards and maintain training programs
Conduct audits of operations and processes
Lead Kaizen and other improvement events
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Industrial engineering, operations, or related field preferred.
Continuous Improvement Certification (CI, Black Belt, Green Belt, Six Sigma, etc.) required.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in manufacturing environments.
Proficient use of a computer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), and other related applications or software.
Comfort in leading training sessions and coaching teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects across regional sites and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
Fluency in English; additional language skills (Spanish/French) considered an asset.
