About the role
- Associate Director managing complex Infrastructure & Project Finance asset portfolios at Lloyds Banking Group. Leading client relationships and assessing credit risks while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex portfolio of I&PF assets, monitor the credit quality and timely reporting of performance and risk.
- Work closely with Origination & Coverage, leading on transactions including refinances, waivers and covenant resets.
- Manage a wide number of external and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the delivery of the team's Business Plan including involvement in ad hoc projects and identification of capital optimisation opportunities.
- Monitor relevant financial covenants, management information and sector and adviser reports to ensure ongoing credit quality of portfolio and ensure timely reporting to senior management of any issues arising.
- Review legal documentation, as required, to ensure compliance with credit sanction, Bank and Regulatory policy in order to minimise risk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the Group.
- Support strategic initiatives and business projects, including preparation of management information and presentations.
Requirements
- Experience in I&PF within a financial institution and wider market knowledge.
- Validated experience in financial assessment, credit analysis or asset management.
- Ability to analyse complex information, identify risks and spot opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
