Responsibilities
Manage a complex portfolio of I&PF assets, monitor the credit quality and timely reporting of performance and risk.
Work closely with Origination & Coverage, leading on transactions including refinances, waivers and covenant resets.
Manage a wide number of external and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the delivery of the team's Business Plan including involvement in ad hoc projects and identification of capital optimisation opportunities.
Monitor relevant financial covenants, management information and sector and adviser reports to ensure ongoing credit quality of portfolio and ensure timely reporting to senior management of any issues arising.
Review legal documentation, as required, to ensure compliance with credit sanction, Bank and Regulatory policy in order to minimise risk.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the Group.
Support strategic initiatives and business projects, including preparation of management information and presentations.
Requirements
Experience in I&PF within a financial institution and wider market knowledge.
Validated experience in financial assessment, credit analysis or asset management.
Ability to analyse complex information, identify risks and spot opportunities.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
