Responsibilities
Forming part of a team alongside the Directors for complex transactions, you will support in over-seeing an efficient client, credit and diligence/legal process for successful deal completion through the in depth understanding of the client and the request.
Assessing, structuring and leading on new business proposals for lower risk transactions with incremental support from Directors.
Preparing and analysing financial models to a high standard, ensuring complete numeric accuracy, assumptions are stress tested, and ensuring risks are identified and understood.
Collaborating closely with colleagues in the SME and Mid Corporate Relationship teams, supporting with upskilling and identification of opportunities both in the existing client base and in the external market.
Growing market presence and relationships with debt advisors and the professional community to support origination activities.
Requirements
Strong excel and financial modelling skills, including cashflow analysis and stress testing.
Experience of optimally operating within the SME and/or Mid Corporate segment.
Excellent written communication skills for producing concise, accurate credit papers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
A proactive mindset with a strong appetite to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
