Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the group-wide areas of financial accounting, controlling and purchasing/procurement
Strategic development of the group's commercial/financial control framework
Development and implementation of a standardized purchasing and procurement strategy at group level
Establishment and assurance of consistent governance, reporting and compliance structures for finance and procurement
Leadership, development and alignment of assigned teams according to clear objectives
Design of efficient, scalable processes and structures in a multi-entity setup
Close collaboration with Executive Management and the managing directors of subsidiaries
Management of external partners and service providers within the area of responsibility
Requirements
Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional and leadership experience in finance/controlling and procurement
Experience in corporate group or multi-entity structures
Solid knowledge of standardizing, designing and rolling out commercial/financial processes; experience with ERP implementations is an advantage
Clear, appreciative leadership style with experience in developing teams
Structured, analytical approach to complex issues
High level of personal responsibility, a passion for shaping processes and strong implementation skills
Confident communication, including at executive management level
