About the role

  • Senior Recruiter at LivaNova managing end-to-end recruitment for various business units. Focused on manufacturing site recruitment and collaborating with management for effective hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for a variety of business units and skill sets at LivaNova
  • Support manufacturing site in Arvada, CO, with additional recruitment support to Corporate Functions team
  • Prioritize time efficiently between sourcing, screening, and meeting hiring manager expectations
  • Collaborate with all levels of management to define recruitment needs and strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) preferred
  • Experience or knowledge with ATS and/or HR systems (e.g., Workday, Phenom)
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
