About the role
- Finance Manager overseeing financial operations and compliance for Livit and its clients. Requires strong experience in Indonesian finance and administration, with a focus on innovation.
Responsibilities
- Co-handle and supervise general accounting and bookkeeping
- Ensure internal compliance with all financial regulations and standards for business activities in Indonesia, as well as international tax regulations
- Ensure internal and external financial reporting (e.g., tax reporting)
- Handle payroll data and release payroll-connected payments
- Nurture working relationships with stakeholders such as relevant authorities, advisers, and tax consultants
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and potential areas for improvement
- Elaborate and supervise the implementation of internal financial policies and procedures for the company
- Analyze Livit’s financial performance vs. key business metrics
- Lead the preparation of the company's budgeting
- Oversee operations of the finance department and help set goals and objectives
- Review and monitor budgets
- Hands-on work with our clients as part of our finance and administration support services
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Accounting
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an FA role in a corporate environment/PMA
- Having a Tax Brevet A and B certification is a plus
- Familiar with taxation, budgeting, and general reporting
- Familiar with accounting software systems (e.g., Xero) and Excel
- Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive cooperation in the work environment and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
