About the role

  • Junior Artist Manager supporting influencer marketing and managing content strategies for artists in a dynamic team environment. Opportunity for personal growth in a young company focusing on online marketing and management.

Responsibilities

  • You assist in coordinating our in-house talents.
  • You support the search for new collaboration partners, prepare proposals and handle incoming inquiries.
  • You develop your negotiation skills for contracts and for price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners).
  • You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help to realize them.
  • You act as a liaison between the talents and our partners, schedule their engagements and ensure their well‑being.
  • You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats or shows.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g. at a digital, social media or PR agency.
  • Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends.
  • Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities.
  • Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • High creativity and motivation.
  • Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
