About the role

  • Artist Manager specializing in influencer marketing and talent management in a hybrid work environment. Collaborating with talents and partners to create innovative content and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
  • You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
  • You demonstrate negotiation skills in contract negotiations as well as price negotiations with vendors and service providers (partners)
  • You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
  • You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their engagements, and ensure their well-being
  • You identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and productions
  • Together we help them work in a future-oriented way and create new opportunities beyond the traditional artist role

Requirements

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
  • Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
  • Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
  • Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • High creativity and motivation
  • Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
