Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contract negotiations as well as price negotiations with vendors and service providers (partners)
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their engagements, and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and productions
Together we help them work in a future-oriented way and create new opportunities beyond the traditional artist role
Requirements
At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
