About the role

  • Finance-IT Specialist / Consultant integrating technology in Accounting, Payroll & Compliance for various clients. Building and optimizing solutions with a focus on client needs and technological adaptation.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and further develop our Finance-IT practice — including acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships
  • Technical onboarding of our clients in the compliance area
  • Implement smart solutions in the accounting and payroll environment
  • Set up and optimize interfaces, upstream systems, portals and platforms
  • Rethink digitization and automation — contribute your ideas and implement them
  • Provide substantive advice — act as a competent point of contact for our clients

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or completed vocational training (e.g., tax clerk, IT systems specialist)
  • Initial experience in tax advisory or commercial administration is an advantage
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting or DATEV is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly and purposefully
  • Structured, reliable working style — with a good sense for client needs
  • Enjoy building a new area and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Team player (m/f/d) who enjoys shared success
