Responsibilities
Establish and further develop our Finance-IT practice — including acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships
Technical onboarding of our clients in the compliance area
Implement smart solutions in the accounting and payroll environment
Set up and optimize interfaces, upstream systems, portals and platforms
Rethink digitization and automation — contribute your ideas and implement them
Provide substantive advice — act as a competent point of contact for our clients
Requirements
University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or completed vocational training (e.g., tax clerk, IT systems specialist)
Initial experience in tax advisory or commercial administration is an advantage
Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting or DATEV is desirable
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly and purposefully
Structured, reliable working style — with a good sense for client needs
Enjoy building a new area and willingness to take on responsibility
