Responsibilities

Begleitung der Kunden beim Einsatz unserer Branchenlösung für Sportvereine
Analyse und Individualisierung der Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden in Adressverwaltung, Ressourcenverwaltung und Buchhaltung
Kompetente Unterstützung bei technischen und fachlichen Fragestellungen
Eigenständige Kommunikation mit Kunden, telefonisch und schriftlich
Sorgfältige Dokumentation von Supportfällen
Aktive Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Softwarelösungen.
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker, Informatikkaufmann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit aktuellen Datenbanksystemen, insbesondere MySQL
Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert zu analysieren
Verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und gerne im Team arbeiten
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
