About the role
- Technical responsibility and cross-site operational management of multiple internal test teams for integration, system and acceptance testing, as well as coordination of various test projects
- Development and introduction of testing methodologies and test strategies in the areas of integration, system and acceptance testing, including reporting to management
- Definition and implementation of appropriate metrics and continuous test improvement processes
- Implementation, continuous review and optimization of the test process
- Preparation of concepts, strategies and plans for testing complex system solutions, and enforcement of test requirements and test objectives during the testing process
- Execution and documentation of test activities; where necessary derive and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Identification of test objects and test requirements, including prioritization and definition of test conditions
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable field of study with practical experience, plus additional qualifications such as Certified Tester Foundation Level and ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager
- Deep practical experience in test planning, test control/management, test specification and test process design
- Extensive knowledge in project management, quality assurance, system development and requirements management
- Experience in leading and coordinating a team
- Good command of English
