About the role

  • As a Business Developer at LINKAI, you'll identify B2B opportunities and develop tailored solutions. Collaborate with clients in various sectors including banking and retail to innovate and excel.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities: Explore the B2B market and pinpoint the needs of enterprise clients, SMEs and startups.
  • Build a winning strategy: Develop and manage your client portfolio with tailored solutions.
  • Understand client challenges: Propose the talents and solutions that perfectly meet their needs.
  • Lead a team of consultants: Recruit, onboard and support your talents throughout their journey.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Turn opportunities into commercial wins while building long-term relationships with our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer or Sales/Account Executive.
  • Digital prospecting techniques.
  • Ability to make data and AI accessible to all.
  • Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
