Requirements
- A completed nursing qualification (e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse, registered nurse)
- At least one year of professional experience in outpatient/home care and some initial leadership experience
- Knowledge of prescription/authorization management (Verordnungsmanagement)
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a confident presence
- Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for motivating and developing a team
