Responsibilities
Work as part of a multiprofessional team
Responsibility for the care and development of traumatized children and adolescents
Individual support in development and in learning independence
Reintegration into social structures and fostering acceptance of the facility as a new home
Pre-therapeutic work and support in building emotional stability
Cooperation with local school teachers
Design and delivery of educational, sports and leisure activities
Documentation tasks with a strong focus on work with children, adolescents and their parents
Shift work (early and late shifts, on-call nights, weekend duty)
Requirements
Completed qualification as an educator (Erzieher) or curative-education nurse (Heilerziehungspfleger), or a degree in social pedagogy, social work or special education (m/f/d)
Experience working with complex disorders in childhood and adolescence is an advantage but not mandatory
