Responsibilities
Shadow and assist IT team members with troubleshooting and resolving basic computer and network issues
Participate in routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and calibrating printers and other devices, under supervision
Support the setup and configuration of hardware and software for end users
Help document IT processes and solutions for future reference
Learn and apply desktop service desk workflows and problem-solving skills in a supportive environment
Observe and assist with system analysis and performance monitoring
Contribute to IT research and surveys to identify areas for improvement
Practice safe data handling and learn about IT security protocols
Attend team meetings and training sessions to expand technical knowledge
Requirements
Current college student in good academic standing (Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate program in Computer Science or Information Systems)
Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of programming and Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow
