Collaborates with architects, business partners, and IT teams to gather and validate governance requirements.
Tracks and reports on governance metrics and compliance status across ARB, SRB, and PSRB engagements.
Supports intake and review processes by preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and following up on action items.
Escalates identified risks or policy issues to senior team members or management as appropriate.
Contributes to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements.
Participates in post-implementation governance activities including validation of operational readiness.
Maintains documentation repositories and ensures version control and accessibility of governance artifacts.
Utilizes tools and platforms including ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and LucidSuite to support governance activities.
Requirements
4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
2–4 Years of experience in information technology, architecture, or technology governance
Strong written communication skills
Demonstrates professional presence and sound judgment in high-visibility situations
