Maintain and update master data (items, suppliers, customers) in our ERP system
Create product data sheets and product-specific documents for our retail customers
Ensure data consistency between our ERP system and our logistics partner's systems
Generate invoices to our customers
Support the dunning process and follow-up on outstanding receivables
Assist the Sales team with creating and managing customer contracts
Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Quality Assurance and Logistics teams
General administrative tasks within the supply chain
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
You have professional experience in supply chain, order processing or master data management, and ideally experience with ERP systems
You are a team player but can also work independently with a strong commitment
You bring a hands-on mentality combined with a friendly, balanced demeanor
You have a careful, structured and responsible way of working
You demonstrate a high level of initiative, reliability and flexibility and are open to business travel
You have excellent German language skills (spoken and written); English is an advantage
You are proficient with MS Office (very strong MS Excel skills are a major plus)
