Responsibilities
Develops a thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths needed to progress work through the system and tools used by Lighthouse to manage workflows, specifically encorp
Delegates to key stakeholders or participate in executing project-specific tasks in Relativity, Brainspace and Lighthouse proprietary applications, including: data loading, searching and analysis, providing review support (including the use of analytics including active learning/assisted review where appropriate), and managing productions.
Communicate proper expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders; coordinate resources and workloads of collaborative efforts or global projects.
Ability to analyze project requirements to effectively create and maintain project schedules which includes being able to define and understand project activities, sequences of events, dependencies, work effort, duration of tasks by departments and associated resource requirements based upon the size of the queue.
Performs quality checks during the eDiscovery workflow stages, including post processing, review preparations, reporting and production deliverables.
Crosschecks compliance with client and/or Lighthouse specifications.
Creates and maintains project documentation to ensure it is current and accurate; monitoring, planning and documentation of workflows including change and risk analysis.
Manage the pod’s work request queue.
Participate in process improvement initiatives as identified by pod leaders.
Flexibly contributes to other project roles as necessary.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Forensics, Computer Science or other eDiscovery-related discipline preferred; or commensurate experience in eDiscovery.
Industry specific or technology related certifications preferred (EG RCA, Nuix Master, ACEDS)
4+ years of work experience with at least two years of eDiscovery experience
Strong analytical and logical skills
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standards exist.
Effective written and oral communication skills including having the ability to deal with difficult situations and manage conflicts to successful resolutions.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong project management skills including the ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written or oral form.
Able to work within timelines and budget parameters.
Assure quality, accuracy and timeliness of all aspects of implementation.
