About the role

  • Influencer Marketing Manager managing influencer marketing for DACH at Lifesum. Overseeing operations and building relationships with influencers while analyzing campaign metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Run the day-to-day operations of our influencer program: scouting, signing, briefing, and analyzing.
  • Lead our influencer activities in the DACH region while also supporting the growth of other markets.
  • Spot and leverage social media trends to inspire fresh campaigns.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, external agencies, and partners.
  • Negotiate and close influencer deals, ensuring smooth agreements.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, track KPIs, and optimize performance.
  • Create creative briefs and provide influencers with actionable feedback to enhance their content.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with influencers or a degree in communications/marketing.
  • Active knowledge of social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and delivering presentations.
  • Experience negotiating and managing influencer partnerships.
  • Confident in owning processes, juggling multiple initiatives, and driving results.
  • Highly structured, self-motivated, and energized by a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Nice to have Local influencer network in DACH region (strong plus)
  • Startup experience
  • Fluency in Swedish
