Responsibilities
Develop the influencer marketing strategy and expand presence on YouTube and TikTok
Identify and build long-term partnerships with creators
Plan and execute influencer campaigns
Analyze campaigns using relevant KPIs and derive optimization measures
Responsible for the influencer marketing budget and its allocation
Conduct trend and market analyses to inform strategic development
Requirements
Proven experience in developing and scaling influencer marketing strategies
Hands-on experience with relevant platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Knowledge of the creator landscape and existing relationships with relevant influencers
Experience leading contract negotiations
Data-driven approach and continuous campaign optimization
