Responsibilities

  • Develop the influencer marketing strategy and expand presence on YouTube and TikTok
  • Identify and build long-term partnerships with creators
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns
  • Analyze campaigns using relevant KPIs and derive optimization measures
  • Responsible for the influencer marketing budget and its allocation
  • Conduct trend and market analyses to inform strategic development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and scaling influencer marketing strategies
  • Hands-on experience with relevant platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Knowledge of the creator landscape and existing relationships with relevant influencers
  • Experience leading contract negotiations
  • Data-driven approach and continuous campaign optimization
  • Structured, proactive, and team-oriented work style
