About the role
- Junior Quality Analyst ensuring compliance with quality standards in operational processes. Involves supporting development and monitoring quality metrics in Indaiatuba.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and contribute to the development of the department’s processes, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Play a key role in standardizing procedures, supporting internal departments, and monitoring operational routines.
- Review, update, and standardize Quality procedures and documentation.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to teams on processes and standards.
- Provide support to internal departments on Quality-related matters.
- Monitor and control environmental indicators (temperature and humidity).
- Perform inspections in operational areas, assessing cleanliness, organization, and compliance.
- Monitor technical assistance and logistics activities, ensuring quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Quality Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of RDC Anvisa 665/2022 and ISO 13485:2016.
- Quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa/Fishbone, PDCA, 8D, among others).
- Experience with medical devices.
- Intermediate English (reading and written communication skills).
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proactive attitude.
- Self-directed learner with a desire to grow and learn.
- Must reside in Indaiatuba or the surrounding region.
