About the role
- Team Lead – Solution Architect leading architecture team at Liebherr-Werk Nenzing GmbH. Driving the design of modern IT systems and developing sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities

- Bewertung relevanter Technologien und Trends
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Architekturprinzipien und Qualitätsstandards
- Etablierung transparenter Entscheidungsprozesse (z. B. Architecture Boards)
- Konzeption und Bewertung architektonischer und technologischer Lösungen
- Sicherstellung der Integrationsfähigkeit neuer Lösungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams, Product Ownern und anderen Stakeholdern
Requirements
- Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Solution Architect oder in ähnlicher Rolle
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Software- und Systemarchitekturen
- Erste Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion
- Freude daran, Teams zu entwickeln, zu motivieren und auszurichten
- Kommunikationsstärke und Moderationskompetenz
- Strategisches Denkvermögen und ganzheitlicher Blick auf Systemlandschaften
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
