Responsibilities
Steering and coordination of international strategic IT initiatives in close collaboration with the CIO office and the CFO organization
Contributing substantively to strategic projects with a focus on financial control, transparency and decision-making readiness
Creating, maintaining and developing project, budget and forecast plans
Conducting milestone, budget and status tracking including management reporting
Preparing ad-hoc analyses, business cases and decision papers for top management
Consolidating, analyzing and preparing relevant financial and project data for the CIO and CFO
Preparing, supporting and following up on management and executive meetings, including agendas, presentations and decision materials
Supporting the CFO in organizing, prioritizing and coordinating strategic appointments and content
Continuously optimizing control, reporting and decision-making processes within the CIO and CFO environment
Requirements
Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field, completed with very good results
Initial practical experience, ideally in consulting, an audit firm or in in-house consulting at an international corporation
Confident use of MS Office, with a particular focus on PowerPoint for creating decision documents, and Excel
Structured, independent and reliable working style
Strong ability to analyze and present complex matters tailored to the audience
Practical experience with AI solutions and digital tools
High level of discretion and integrity in professional conduct
Strong communication skills as well as composure and an overview, even during periods of increased complexity
Business-fluent German and very good English skills
