Responsibilities
Strategic management of the IT project portfolio for the international sales & service companies (MSCs)
Prioritization, assessment and planning of projects in coordination with management and business units
Monitoring of budgets, resources and progress across all projects
Preparation of portfolio reports, analyses and decision papers for management
Stakeholder management and communication with international IT teams, business units and executives
Close collaboration with the PMO, project managers and coordinators to ensure consistent standards and processes
Establish governance and transparency across the entire project portfolio
Support the further development of project and portfolio structures (methods, tools, reporting)
Identification of synergies and dependencies between projects and programs
Advising management on strategic IT decisions based on portfolio analyses
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Familiar with PMO standards, tools and reporting structures (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project)
Several years of experience in project or portfolio management, ideally in an international IT environment
Knowledge of project prioritization, resource planning and budget control
Self-motivated, structured and solution-oriented
Confident stakeholder management and communication in international environments
Very good German and English skills
