About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist financial analysts with account reviews, trade-order workflows, and day-to-day investment operations.
- Prepare and validate data sets from various custodians and systems.

- Support documentation, accuracy checks, and exception handling.

- Write simple Python scripts for data cleaning, formatting, or validation (training provided).
- Perform CSV/Excel data transformations and collaborate with Data Science/DevOps on automated processes.
- Assist in testing data pipelines and validating outputs from internal tools.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to our data infrastructure, operational workflow automation, and AI-enabled processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and task ownership.
- Basic familiarity with Python.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Coursework or internship experience in finance, accounting, data analytics, or investment operations (Preferred).
- Exposure to SQL, Python data libraries, or any scripting environments (Preferred).
- Interest in wealth management, financial markets, and investment analytics (Preferred).
- Willingness to or progress towards achieving the CFA charter (Preferred).
- Experience working with CRM systems (Preferred).
