About the role

  • HR Consultant advising leaders on personnel matters and managing employee HR projects for Libri, supporting the entire HR process from onboarding to payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational advice to managers on all HR-related and employment law issues across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Confidentially support and advise employees on complex HR matters
  • Plan, manage and implement HR projects
  • Independently carry out comprehensive, compliant and timely payroll processing for a defined group of employees
  • Ensure compliance with employment, tax and social security law as well as collective agreement requirements
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of modern HR concepts and strategies
  • Analyze existing structures and initiate sustainable improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of HR processes
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and authorities

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in complex HR work in a similar role
  • Proven experience in implementing HR projects and change processes
  • Solid experience in payroll and extensive knowledge of HR administration
  • Very good knowledge of employment law, social security, tax law and collective bargaining agreements
  • Experience with HR IT systems, ideally P&I Loga
  • Strong advisory and communication skills with a confident demeanor across all hierarchy levels
  • Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented, hands-on mentality
